1. Where is Studio AF located?
Studio AF is at 256/2039, Motilal Nagar No.1, Rd Number 6, near Vibgyor High School, Goregaon (W), Mumbai – 400104.
2. How do I book a studio?
You can book by calling 7718838858. You can also DM us on Instagram @thestudioaf or visit www.thestudioaf.com.
3. What are your operating hours?
We are open 7 days a week, 24 hours.
4. Is parking available?
We don’t have a dedicated parking lot, but you can park outside the building.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
1. How much does it cost to rent a studio?
Prices vary based on studio levels:
- Level 1 & Level 3: ₹800 per hour
- Level 2 & Level 4: ₹1000 per hour
2. Is there a minimum booking requirement?
Yes, the minimum booking is 2 hours.
3. Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
4. What happens if I exceed my booked time?
If you exceed your time, depending on the availability you will be charged as per the price list.
5. Do you charge GST?
Yes, 18% GST is applicable if you need an invoice.
STUDIO RULES & AMENITIES
1. How many people can be in the studio during a shoot?
A maximum of 12 to 15 people (including artists) are allowed.
2. Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, but please do not litter. You must clean up before leaving.
3. Do you provide makeup and changing areas?
Yes, each studio has a vanity room. All our studios have a separate makeup/changing area with 2 makeup tables.
4. Can I use paint, flour, or liquids for creative shoots?
No, use of paint, flour, or any other form of powder/liquid is strictly prohibited. Except the cyclorama wall on level 2 which can be painted at an extra cost.
5. What backdrops are available?
- Paper backdrops: ₹500 per backdrop (White, Green, Black, Grey, Beige)
- Cloth backdrops: Included (White, Green, Black, Grey)
6. Do you offer equipment rentals?
Yes! We are part of Paxton Equipments, Mumbai’s largest camera & gear rental company. You can rent cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear.
BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS
1. Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Once booked, your amount will not be refunded if you cancel.
2. What happens if I arrive late?
Your booking starts from the confirmed time, not when you arrive. If you exceed the 30-minute grace period, you’ll be charged for an additional hour.
